We read every message that comes in. Whether you’ve got a cruise story that needs telling, spotted something we got wrong, or just want to ask a question before your next sailing, this is the place.
Got a cruise story? The quickest way to send it is our Share Your Story form. We read every one, fact-check it, and email you before anything is published.

Prefer email? Write to [email protected] and put a word or two in the subject line so it reaches the right place:
- “Story” β something chaotic happened on your cruise and you want to tell us about it. These are our favourite emails. Even easier: use our story form.
- “Correction” β we published something inaccurate. Point us at it and we’ll check it and fix it.
- “Question” β you’re planning a cruise and something has you stuck.
- “Privacy” β anything about the information we hold on you. See our privacy policy.
- “Press” β media enquiries and partnerships.
Cruise Chaos is written and edited by Ernie and run from Hartford, Connecticut. We’re a small operation, so replies can take a few days, but genuine messages do get answered.

One thing we can’t help with: we’re not a travel agency and we don’t sell cruises, so we can’t book, change or cancel a sailing for you. For anything to do with an existing booking, contact your cruise line or travel agent directly.
